It is always heart -warming to see the students at Cromer school celebrating a love of reading at the book parade. As usual, all of the students and staff went to a great deal of trouble to represent their favourite characters in a colourful and exciting parade.

The finale of the parade was the appearance of our new mascot Skippin the Library Dog. We look forward to many more appearances from him encouraging us to find new friends in books.

Our book fair was very successful and we received $1600 worth of new books for our library as commission. The students in grades Kindergarten to Year Two were enthralled with the story telling skills of Andy Wright.
