On May 23rd Cromer School joined in with the
celebration of National Simultaneous Storytime. This is an important national
campaign which aims to encourage more young Australians to read and enjoy
books. At 11am thousands of children throughout Australia stopped to read The Wrong Book by Nick Bland. The
library was decorated with balloons to celebrate the occasion. It was so
heart-warming to see groups of students gathered in the library the next day to
enjoy and discuss the book for a second time.
